ONEDINE PROGRAM TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to OneDine

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. BY USING THE SERVICE OR SELECTING “YES, I AGREE,” YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND ENTER INTO A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT WITH ONEDINE LLC.

If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be permitted to use the Service.

Eligibility

By entering into this Agreement you warrant that you are a resident of the continental United States and are 16 years old or older.

OneDine offers programs through which users can receive offers and rewards from our customers. These programs may be white labeled for our customers.

1. Account Registration

You may view content without registering, but certain Services require an account. You may be required to select a username and password and provide accurate, complete, and current contact, identification, and authentication information.

By submitting registration information, you represent that it is true and correct. We may refuse or cancel registration or use of the Services if information is incomplete or inaccurate.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, restricting access through your devices, and all activity under your account.

Report unauthorized use or a known account-related security breach immediately to info@onedine.com.

3. Offers and Rewards

Offers are promotional and made available by the applicable Hospitality Merchant. OneDine has no liability if a merchant refuses or fails to honor an Offer. Unused offers and rewards are forfeited when an account is terminated.

4. Mobile Services

Registered users consent to electronic messages through their mobile devices. Promotional messages are limited to five per month; informational and relationship messages may be sent as necessary. Opt out by texting “STOP” or contacting Customer Service.

5. License and Intellectual Property

We grant a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services until this Agreement is terminated. The Services are for personal, non-commercial use.

The Services and their content, design, code, and other protectable intellectual property belong to OneDine or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
