• On October 23, the Governor extended the state’s state of emergency that has been in place since March. The state’s restaurants can still operate at full capacity and bars, which opened in Phase 3, are also permitted to operate at full capacity. The state does not intend on enforcing any new capacity restrictions.
  • As of June 1, 2020, the state entered its third phase of reopening, although restaurants and bars have been able to operate at full capacity since the second phase.
